Rosters are here again, and also me not getting anything I bid for again. Especially when it’s my second top bid, it is really really quite frustrating. Anyway, in July I shall be going to…
CAI – Cairo, Egypt Turn Around
FRA – Frankfurt, Germany Layover
LHR – London, UK Layover
DMM – Dammam, Saudi Arabia Turn Around
BOM – Bombay, India Turn Around
LUN/HRE – Harare, Zimbabwe Layover
ATH/EWR – Athens, Greece and New Jersey, USA Multisector
Kicking off the month with a long turn around to Cairo in Egypt, back to back with Frankfurt. I’ve placed them both on the swaps page in hope of something else, but we shall see. Before this I have a few days off, and I’m thinking of heading away somewhere. I’m desperate to tick off a new country as it has been a short while, so stay posted for where I end up.
After this is London Heathrow, the exact same flight that I have in June. Never sad to see this on my roster, I just find this quite annoying timings.
Following on from this is a Dammam turn around and a Bombay turn around. Trying to swap these for a layover, I sent a swap for every single UK flight so keep your fingers crossed for me.
After this is a trip to Zimbabwe, it’s been a while since I’ve been there, but I’m hoping to go horse riding where you get to see the zebras and the giraffes, so that’s something to look forward to.
Ending the month with a six day multi sector trip to Athens in Greece and then New Jersey in the US. A great multisector, especially in the summer. I loved Athens when I went last summer, so would love some recommendations of things to do other than visit the Acropolis. Always super happy to see a New York layover, despite being there for five days last month there is always something to do. I think I’ll be venturing down to the Cupcake Market (which I mentioned in this post here) for one of their delicious cookies.
And that rounds up July, I feel like 2019 is slipping away! As always, feel free to follow me on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for more daily updates:

Hi Larissa,
No I’m still working in economy. I’ve not heard anything of not being allowed to visit Israel? So not too sure on that one.
Thank you!

They layover in both. I believe they’re both 48 hour layovers each now, so it’s quite a long trip! Good luck for the open day! 😊
