MUC – Munich, Germany LayoverSo there’s not a right lot of flying going on in June, but I’ll be kicking off the month in Mauritius! I’ve only been to Mauritius once and it rained almost the entire day I was there. So I’m really hoping that the weather holds out for me and I can finally see what all the fuss is about!

After this it’s Geneva, a very sought after destination amongst crew. I’ve never been to Geneva before so I’m looking forward to it, but I’m thinking I may head over to Annecy which is actually in France as it looks so beautiful there and is only a short journey away. I’ll see if any of the crew are feeling joining me!

After this it’s my annual exams to renew my flying licence. I really cannot believe it’s been almost a year since I last did it, where on earth has that gone!? But I’m glad I was rostered this before my leave rather than afterwards so I can enjoy my holiday without the stress of revision!

Only one turn around in the month, albeit a long one, but I’ll be heading to Istanbul and back for the day.

Yet another Manilla on my roster. I’m really really not bothered about heading back here just yet, I doubt I will swap it for something new, but I’m holding out for another destination fingers crossed.

Then it’s finally time to head on leave! I’ve not had any leave since Christmas and I cannot wait for an extended break from work. I have 12 days and I’m heading with two of my best friends to Cancun and Las Vegas. It’s sure to be a really fun trip and I’m so excited to head to Mexico, it will be a new country for me to add to the list!

Bringing me back to reality is a trip to Munich. I’ve been here before so I’m not dying to go back yet, I may try and swap it for a turn around so that I can extend my leave by even just one day! I’ll see what I can manage!
