The final roster of 2017 is here. I can’t quite believe it’s almost the end of 2017?! Where on earth has that gone? There’s always a lot of pressure on this month with it being Christmas time and also my birthday month! So you can imagine from the below flights, I’m not overly enthused with how I’m ending my 2017…

No Planned Assignment

So not one single thing I bid for. I asked for an extra day off after my leave so that I wouldn’t have to fly back to Dubai on my own on my birthday and cut my birthday short by 4 hours too. A specific Manchester so I can celebrate my friend’s birthday. Boston to visit one of my friends and enjoy the snow, and Brussels for some Christmas markets. And not one single thing!

Unsure why I got 2 Bahrain and Houston, as I definitely didn’t bid for them. I’m hoping to swap at least one of my Houston’s for something different, and I’m trying to get rid of my second Bahrain completely. So if there’s any Grade 2’s reading my blog and you have Dec 30th off, pleaseeeeeeeee swap with me!

Beyond happy to have Christmas off, I swapped my unassigned leave with another economy girl so it’s going to be great to spend Christmas with all my family and friends back at home.
